Our training sessions aim to help you improve your fitness, strokes and speed and prepare for local, national and international competitions. You can take part on any level. You can choose to train for fitness and friendship or to compete. There is a broad range of abilities at our training sessions and we prefer our swimmers to be able to swim front crawl, backstroke and breaststroke, and be prepared to try butterfly from time to time. We have six lanes that cater for different abilities and speeds, with lanes covering anywhere between 2km and 3km in an hour. Competitions are open to all registered masters swimmers and there are no qualifying times – unless you are looking at European or World events.
